At the advanced level, matches aren’t won by hitting the ball harder. They are won by „Micro-Tactics“ and physical resilience. You are already the best player at your local club. You win local tournaments. But when you play against semi-pros, you feel the gap. They don’t miss. They recover faster. They anticipate your shot before you hit it. This camp is designed to bridge that gap. We don’t treat you like a student; we treat you like a Tour Athlete.
The Science of Improvement
This is not a holiday camp; this is a performance block. We utilize technology and sports science to find „marginal gains“ in your game.

Biomechanical Audit: We use high-frame-rate video to analyze your smash. Are you pronating the wrist correctly? Is your contact point too low? We fix the mechanics to unlock free power.

Performance Nutrition: You cannot train for 3 hours at high intensity on a sandwich. Your lunches are macro-calculated (Carb/Protein split) to ensure glycogen replenishment.

Recovery Protocol: Training is only as good as your recovery. You will have daily access to Ice Baths and guided mobility sessions to flush inflammation and prevent injury.

A Day in the Camp!

08:30 Activation (Bands/Mobility). 09:00–10:30 is „The Grind“—high volume basket feeding with zero downtime. You will hit hundreds of balls under fatigue to test your mental focus. 11:00 is „PadelFit“—explosive plyometric work (box jumps, directional sprints). After the Performance Lunch and a „Match Data Audit“ (stat analysis), the afternoon is dedicated to „Pro Sets“—matches against high-level local coaches or players where the loser does pushups.
