A — Align
Fix the movement first
This step replaces Analyze + Nurture.
We identify and correct the core biomechanical patterns that limit performance:

Kinetic chain efficiency (ground → hips → torso → arm)

Footwork, split-step timing, balance & recovery

Stroke mechanics (grips, leverage, swing paths)

Injury-preventive movement angles
Through video feedback and high-rep technical work, we realign the body to move efficiently, repeatably, and without wasted energy.
If the body is misaligned, no tactic will ever hold.
C — Calibrate
Stabilize under pressure
Once the movement is correct, we stress-test it.
In this phase, players:

Repeat correct mechanics at increasing intensity

Transition from controlled drills → live rallies

Synchronize movement with a partner

Build automaticity under fatigue and tempo
The goal is consistency under realistic padel conditions, not perfection in isolation.
