Why Padel?
You’ve seen the videos. You’ve heard the hype. Padel is the world’s fastest-growing sport for a reason: it’s social, it’s fast, and unlike tennis, you don’t need months of lessons just to hit the ball over the net. But starting a new sport can be intimidating. What if you look silly? What if you don’t know the rules? The „First Serve“ program is the antidote to that anxiety. We take you from „Zero“ to „Match Ready“ in one fun, inclusive week.
The Program
From Hand-Eye to High-Fives We don’t believe in boring, static drills. We believe in „Gamified Learning.“ Our certified coaches use low-compression balls and smaller rackets to help you build confidence immediately. You won’t just stand in a line hitting forehands; you will play coordination games, learn to track the ball, and understand the unique scoring system of Padel. By Friday, you won’t just be hitting the ball; you’ll be playing a full competitive tournament.
The „Zero Investment“ Promise
We know you might not want to buy expensive gear for a sport you just started. That’s why all equipment is included.
Target
Complete beginners / First-timers.
Learn to play Padel in 5 days. Our Beginner Camp includes free racket rental, coordination coaching, and fun mini-games. Zero experience needed.
A day in the camp
The morning starts with „coordination activation“—fun games involving catching and throwing to wake up your reflexes. The main court session (09:00–10:30) focuses on one shot per day (e.g., Tuesday is „Wall Day“). We break for coffee and social time—a huge part of Padel culture. In the afternoon, we play „Mini-Matches“ with slow balls, allowing you to experience the thrill of a long rally without the difficulty of high speed.
What you will learn
The Grip: We teach the „Continental Grip“ (Hammer Grip) from Day 1. This saves you 6 months of re-learning later.
Using the Walls: The scariest part for beginners! We teach you simple geometry—how to let the ball hit the glass and wait for it to come back to you.
Serve & Return: A simple, reliable underarm serve that gets the point started every time, and how to return without panic.
Scoring & Rules: Never feel confused again. We explain the „Golden Point,“ the tie-break, and line calls in a simple classroom session.
